Local Government Relations Manager
Job Description.
Develops political strategy, manages public policy issues and builds relationships with city administrators, elected officials and other key stakeholders in airport-area communities to advance and achieve the Port's Century Agenda and Long-Range Plan objectives.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in political Science or a related field; and Seven (7) years of progressive experience advancing policy objectives through legislative processes, and working directly with elected officials.
Preferred Qualifications.
Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration or a related field; and/or Ten (10) years of experience in local government relations.
