Develop, implement, and lead community outreach plans and initiatives; plan and staff public meetings. Serve as coordinator for public events and media campaigns. Assist in developing and implementing emergency response protocols. Lead project teams to produce and distribute newsletters, brochures, media releases, website updates, social media content, electronic presentations, and other related communication mediums. Represent the agency at media interviews and public outreach events. Collaborate with different departments to gather accurate information to share in public materials. Monitor and respond to public inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or other closely related fields of study. Three years of experience in writing, editing, or other communications related experience. Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
