Litigation Paralegal
Job Description.
Mountain State Justice is a nationally recognized, non-profit law office with a commitment to aggressively and creatively protecting the rights of low-income West Virginians. MSJ currently has an opening for a full-time paralegal in Morgantown, West Virginia. The paralegal will provide support for an active caseload for two attorneys pursuing economic and social justice litigation.
Required Qualifications.
The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-profit legal services organization, with the ability to draft legal documents, knowledge of state and federal court procedures, strong organizational and typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The paralegal should be a self-starter, independent and dependable, and have a commitment to serving low-income & underserved West Virginians.
