Seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented full-time Manager of Annual Giving. The Manager of Annual Giving is responsible for managing all aspects of the Society’s annual fundraising campaigns; overseeing all functions of the donor database (Raiser’s Edge) management and assuring its accuracy; assisting in grant research and writing; and representing the organization at public events as needed, and assisting special events. Position works closely with the Director of Development to identify and cultivate prospective donors; engage in strategic planning and evaluation of development programs; and contribute ideas for internal and external improvements to the organization

Ideal candidate requires professionalism, flexibility and tact; strong organizational, reporting and project management skills; excellent time-management and communication skills; is able to work with multiple priorities and deadlines; and possess excellent supervisory and computer skills. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferable with at least three (3) years of non-profit, fundraising, grant writing and supervisory experience; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and access to own vehicle; and donor database management experience required, Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.
