The Delaware Democratic Party is looking for motivated and dynamic college students who are looking to get involved in politics. As an Intern, you will have a hand in helping get Democrats elected in Delaware and in Washington, DC. Interns will work out of our central headquarters in New Castle on tasks including: Assisting the Communications Department with managing our website, Facebook, and Twitter accounts Writing blog posts highlighting the successes of Delaware Democrats Attending Democratic events and interacting with Party and elected officials Answering phones and helping candidates and their campaigns Assisting the Technology Department with data entry and managing the Voterfile Conducting opposition research on Republican candidates Other tasks as assigned The Semester Campaign Internship requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week and can be taken for academic credit.
