This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining program policy and procedure manuals; reviewing internal processes and procedures; recommending and/or taking action to correct processes and procedures; drafting changes to department rules, policies, and laws; implementing procedural changes in response to legislated changes; researching and writing grants; developing and applying research techniques in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data or information to be used by management in assessing operations; and developing and maintaining surveys to assess department programs, activities, and operations. This position is exempt from the Civil Service Act.
